Vinayak Verma a resident of Patiala bought laurels for the city by winning a Silver Medal in the 3rd South Asian Archery Championship held at Dhaka, Bangladesh 24th March.

He bagged the Silver at Asian Archery Championship. Vinayak Verma has won already a Gold medal and was declared the best Recurve Archer of India in the under 17 categories in the 1st khelo India school games held in New Delhi.
